In accordance with the public procurement legislation, the contracting authority has to, by each February 28, report the statistical data on registered contracts that were awarded in the previous year. In addition, the contracting authority has to publish a list of recorded awarded contracts on their website or on the public procurement portal within the same time frame, which must include the information on recorded contracts awarded in the general field and the field of infrastructure and whose value (exclusive of VAT) is equal to or greater than EUR 10,000 and lower than thresholds specified in the first paragraph of Article 21 of the Public Procurement Act (ZJN-3).
