Our office offers legal assistance to both contracting authorities as well as bidders. We advise and assist in the preparation of drafts with any documents required for the preparation and implementation of a public contract, as well as in the preparation of tenders to meet all legal and formal requirements of the contracting authority. We also offer legal assistance once a public contract is awarded, i.e. with signing and implementing the contract as well as drafting documentation for subsequent appointments of subcontractors and similar.

CIVIL LAW

FAMILY LAW AND LAW OF SUCCESSION
The family law and law of succession fall within the scope of civil law, and can be very delicate due to specific relationships between parties, therefore they require excellent knowledge in a specific situation and extraordinary sensibility and care.
We advise clients in the processes of divorce, distribution of matrimonial assets during marriage and after divorce, enforcement of child support and the establishment of contact arrangements between parents and children. We can also help with procedures regarding the establishment of paternity and those in disputing paternity/maternity.
We advise and assist with the drafting of wills and their storing, the enforcement of inheritance rights (forced heir) and with the external representation in inheritance proceedings. We give legal advice and represent clients in denationalisation proceedings and proceedings regarding the inheritance of assets acquired through denationalisation. We also give advice in and draw up the law of succession contracts and contracts relating to inheritance (agreement for care and maintenance of an aged owner on their own property, agreement on lifelong support, deed of conveyance, agreement on relinquishing inheritance).

The administrative law falls within the scope of the public law, which means it involves public interest (which must be protected and exercised) and leads to an administrative law relationship.

Before the administrative authorities and the Administrative Court of the Republic of Slovenia, we represent individuals and legal entities with regard to the institutes of administrative law as well as minor offence and other administrative proceedings (denationalisation procedures, acquisitions or modifications of building permits, specifying community infrastructure levies, obtaining the citizenship of the Republic of Slovenia, obtaining a permanent and temporary residence, obtaining a work permit etc.).
